Luisa has over 28 years of experience in all phases of employee retirement benefit programs, including design, implementation and administration of defined benefit, cross-tested profit sharing and 401(k) plans. She also provides consulting services to auditors on FASB reporting.

Luisa received her Bachelor of Science degree and her Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Stony Brook University and received her Enrolled Actuary designation from the US Department of Labor and the Department of the Treasury. She is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and of the American College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA)

Prior to 1988 Luisa was an actuary with AJ Savata & Co. in Melville, NY. Luisa and her husband Dan have two daughters, Ana and Claudia, and too many pets to name. In her free time Luisa enjoys gardening, traveling and playing tennis.

Trisha has been an Administrative Assistant to Luisa for over 15 years, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology. Her prior experience includes financial analyst for a large merchant service provider. At Turturro Pension Consulting, Inc. she provides accounting, record keeping and consulting services to the larger 401(k) and profit sharing plans. Trisha’s calm, methodical and determined approach to problem solving can resolve the most difficult of dilemmas. Trisha, her husband Gerry and their two sons are long time Smithtown residents. In her free time, Trisha loves to run, exercise and bike in addition to gardening, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Leslie has been an Administrative Assistant to Luisa for over 10 years, and has benefit administration experience in the health care industry in addition to legal and accounting knowledge in the private sector. She brings to Turturro Pension Consulting, Inc. a detail oriented work ethic and a witty sense of humor. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The King’s College with a minor in Mathematics. Leslie, her husband Chris, and their two daughters have lived in the Smithtown area for over 20 years. Leslie enjoys walking, hiking and exploring the numerous State and National Parks of our country and spending time with family and friends.
