          The annual services we will provide include the trust accounting for the plan, calculation of the maximum and "optimal" contributions, the preparation of an Actuarial Report and a Master List of Account Balances or a Master List of Benefits, the completion of all Anti-Discrimination tests including the general test, test under IRC 410(b), the ADP and ACP tests, the preparation of individual participant statements, the preparation of benefit certification letters for terminated participants including all necessary waivers and election forms, the preparation of IRS Form 5500 including all schedules and attachments, and the preparation of PBGC Form I, including all schedules and attachments.
